Amatus Hospice & Palliative Care provides a wide range of services related to social work through our medical social workers. They have the responsibility to craft a care plan, to review and determine the direction of a care plan, and to provide the clinical supervision and guidance that determines whether the developed plan of care is appropriately pursued and implemented. Our social workers also conduct community outreach, linkage to community resources, and collaboration with other health care providers and government. They also have counseling as part of their official functions.
